I'm motivated by the company's vision to expand and add capabilities and become an end-to-end CDMO service provider. Everyone is supportive of each other, and we get things done as a team, across different departments and levels. The site leaders are genuine and listen to feedback. We emphasise people are the important foundation of the company and making every little contribution to support the project progression. With every action completed, it will mean a step closer to the goal of bringing the product to the patients who need them.
